empath Awesome stuff. A great listen. Very fascinating blend of rock, metal, shoegaze, alt rock, and doom that gives every track its own unique identify in an album where the central theme seems to be seeing how far they can take each track without making it seem like the listener is experiencing a mish-mash of singles. A true diamond in the rough when other artists never dare to venture into the unknown and others who venture too far and create something unlistenable. Highly recommended! Favorite track: Creatures of the Deep.

Watch the leaves in the garden bed Notice the wind moves not a single one of them The moon is fuller everyday just as the feeling in your belly The streets are neither rich nor poor, not a soul is hungry anymore And sometimes the world just messes with our heads, and sometimes we’re just better off dead And all you feel is just a lie, when was the last time that you felt at home, theres not a soul left but your own Your mechanical heart is beating off all you’ve been creating all the lies that you’ve told, is that how the story goes, what of the poor boy and what of his worth And sometimes the world just messes with our heads, and sometimes we’re just better off dead There's not a soul left but your own (x8) There's not a soul left now!

about

'Black Comedy' is the debut EP from Windsor duo, These Few Souls. It is a collection of a few rewritten songs that debuted on the 2013 acoustic demo, 'Home Is Where Your Heart Fell Behind', and two brand new songs that give more of a feel for the band's emerging sound.
